The following is a summary of services for Walker Creative to develop a website and brand for Nosara Beach Hotel.
The goal of this website is to provide a streamlined, informative and interactive experience for the traveler who is looking for accommodations at Casa Perla. The website will have the ability to book reservations in conjunction with KIGO and third party booking channels such as Airbnb & VRBO etc. The greatest advantages of the website are the opportunity to build brand loyalty with new and repeat guests, build SEO for increased google searches and engage in digital target marketing campaigns that point to the website.
WEBSITE OUTLINE: The following includes the pages + content hosted on the website.
WELCOME (Home Page): The welcome page will give an overview of Casa Perla and highlight the amenities and proximity to Playa Palada. The welcome page will include photos and video of the house and area along with the ability for guest to check the availability of Casa Perla.
ACCOMMODATIONS - This will be a dedicated page that provides a comprehensive overview of the accommodations, amenities & rates of Casa Perla and will include a montage video and accompanying photos of the property and surrounding area.
EXPLORE - Dedicated resource page with recommendations for activities and attractions in Playa Palada & Playa Guiones. This page will also include an embedded Instagram feed for the brand.
BOOK NOW- Dedicated page that allows guest to put in their dates of arrival and departure to search availability and proceed with the booking process.
REWARDS - Dedicated page that hosts information for the Rewards Program + Sign Up.
CONTACT - Includes map and directions to each of Casa Perla.
VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY
Walker Creative will visit Casa Perla and take photographs and videos of the property along with all of it’s amenities. This media will be included on the website and available for additional promotional use.
Walker Creative will create a comprehensive Branding Guide that will include a brand logo for digital and print use along with a style guide that outlines fonts, colors and characteristics for the brand.

Website Development: $3,500.00
Photography and Videos: $2,500.00
Branding Guide (Logo + Style Guide): $2,500.00
Total Budget for Website / Media + Branding: $8,500.00
Option A -
100% of upfront cost for Website/Media + Branding = $6,000.00 ($2,5000 Discount)
Client will have sole ownership of the Website & Media.
50% of the website & branding upfront @ $4,250.00
10% Walker Creative Sales Commission of gross revenue generated by the website until $11,000.00 is paid in full.
Client will retain ownership of the media & website once $11,000 is paid in full.
SALES + LISTING MANAGEMENT
Walker Creative works hand in hand with Pura Vida Management to manage your bookings across all listing channels including your website, and third party channels including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com etc.. Additionally, Pura Vida Management will list your property(s) on the Pura Vida Management Website for additional exposure and booking potential.
SETTING THE RIGHT RATE
Walker Creative and Pura Vida Management will identify properties that directly compete with property(s) and continuously monitor and adjust rates to beat out the competition.
Walker Creative and Pura Vida Management have created a streamlined process for Owner Bookings. It is as simple as filling out an online form that will provide our team with the essential information needed to block out the dates for you and/or your guests stay.
PURA VIDA MGMT SALES COMMISSION PROGRAM
The following sales commission program includes:
Management of client website, sales and reservations
Management of all third party listings, sales and reservations
Listing on the Pura Vida Management Website
Competitive Rate Schedules / Consulting
Pura Vida Management Guest Services & Hospitality Managment
COMMISSION PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Throughout the fiscal year (Oct 1 - Sept 30) Pura Vida MGMT will bill the base commission rate of 15% to client for all bookings generated from third party booking channels, Pura Vida MGMT and Client Website. After each fiscal year Pura Vida MGMT will evaluate the annual occupancy of each property and if the occupancy is higher than 30% then client will be billed the additional sales commission based on the following occupancy structure:
COMMISSION STRUCTURE FOR THIRD PARTY BOOKING + PURA VIDA MGMT WEBSITE
Gross Revenue on Occupancy 1-30% = 15%
Gross Revenue on Occupancy 30-70% = 20%
Gross Revenue on 70-100% = 25%
*All sales generated through Surfing Nosara & VRBO are 20%
